Use Caverta contains the same active ingredient as Viagra. It is used for the treatment of sexual dysfunction in men. The effects of Caverta are usually noticeable about 30 minutes after taking a tablet and the effects can last up to 4 hours. However, Caverta may become less potent 2 hours after taking the tablet. Dosage Caverta is usually taken 1 hour before sexual activity. You should not take more 1 tablet of Caverta in a 24 hour period. Caverta is also not supposed to be taken every day. Only use Caverta as directed. Not doing so may increase your chances of experiencing unwanted side effects. Side Effects Taken as directed, the prevalence of side effects after taking Caverta is considered to be rare. However some people may experience a head ache, an upset stomach, diarrhea, dizziness, nasal congestion, impaired visual or breast enlargement. Other people may experience more serious side effects. If you have a rash, a painful erection, a prolonged erection (for more than 4 hours), fainting, chest pain, or itching or burning during urination you should seek medical attention. Precautions If you have a history of heart, liver or kidney disease, stroke, blood pressure problems, conditions affecting the shape of the penis (angulation, cavernosal fibrosa or Peyronie's disease) or leukemia then talk your doctor about whether Caverta is a suitable treatment for your condition. |
