Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't you need a prescription for you to sell your products off your website even though
the products require one over the counter?
A prescription is not required as we are an Oceania-based company and operate under different
laws and regulations. Also, non-controlled FDA approved medications can be legally imported
into the US, and a number of other countries, by individuals for their personal use.
Do I need to have a medical evaluation?
A medical evaluation is not required. HOWEVER, we do strongly recommend that your inform your
physician of any medications that you plan on taking, so that you can be advised on your
progress and health throughout by them.
Are the products that you sell Genuine or Generic?
The pharmaceutical products we supply are all genuine branded products, unless otherwise clearly
stated on our website. However, the packaging may differ slightly from what you are used to due
to the fact that we are based in Oceania, and source our stock from places such as Australia and
the UK where packaging laws and the manufacturer's product branding can be different from other
countries.
Are the products you sell within their expiration dates?
We do NOT sell prescription medication that is past its expiry date. It is illegal to do so.
Do you have a guarantee on my receiving the product?
If for any reason, your order does not arrive, a credit will be applied to your credit card
equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you, if that is
what you request.
Is it legal to order medications like this?
It is in most countries including the USA, UK and Australia. If you have concerns please check
with your local authorities. We wil let you know if we think there is a problem with customs
in your particular country.
Are the medications you ship the same quality as the ones I buy at the local pharmacy?
We only supply medications manufactured and marketed by leading international pharmaceutical
companies so you can be assured of receiving the highest quality medications.
Will you accept my health insurance as payment?
No. We do not have arrangements with health insurance companies, PBMs (Prescription Benefit
Management companies) for prescription medication coverage.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices listed on our websites are in US dollars.
What is the shipping fee?
The cost for standard regular air mail of 7-14 business day delivery is $7.50 per order.
Do you have an expedited shipping option to the 7-14 business day regular mail offered?
We do not at this stage offer expedited shipping in the form of FedEx, UPS or any other. We
discovered Express mail was only about two days faster than regular airmail, and we removed it
as a delivery option. We do not believe the minimal shortened delivery time of Express mail
warrants the extra cost to our customers. We want our customers to receive maximum value from
our websites.
How long does it take to deliver?
Standard regular air mail takes 7-14 business days for delivery.
Do you charge a consultation fee?
We do not charge a consultation fee.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship to most countries worldwide, however there are some exceptions due to some countries having strict customs regulations. If you are unsure if we can ship to your country, please ask.
Can you ship to Canada?
We are very happy to ship orders to customers in Canada.
How do I place an order or reorder a product I've ordered in the past?
To place an order, just submit our online order form either in the secure or non-secure format.
If you are reordering and are a repeat customer, just fill out the online form and include your
customer number. Alternatively, you can just email us directly with your order.
I haven't received an email confirmation of my order and its been over 24 hours, where is it?
When an order is submitted to our pharmacy there is not an automated reply sent out. Because of
the nature of the orders, the details must be checked over manually. You receive a confirmation
when this has happened. Sometimes if an order is placed on a Saturday, you won't receive a
reply for a couple of days because our office hours are just like everyone elses - we get a
weekend too!
I'm having difficulties in using the online order form, what do I do?
Please email us via the "contacts" section on the webpage with your order, and we can find out
what the problem is.
Do you have other payment options asides from Credit Card purchases?
Yes we do. You can pay for your order Bank Check, Money Order, and Bank Transfer, if you do not
wish to purchase with your Credit Card. To do this you simply place your order on the online
form and select the option of payment that you would like to use. We will then send you the
appropriate information and details for you to proceed.
Are the products packaged discreetly when delivered to me?
We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy. Everything we send is packed in regular
plain cardboard boxes with no reference whatsoever to "medicine" or "pharmacy". The customs
declaration sticker that we are required to attach to each box classifies the contents as
"bodycare products".

You can call us toll free within the United States on 1800 214 6126. From other countries, our number is +1 800 214 6126. Please bear in mind that our call centre is based in New Zealand and it is a different timezone to the rest of the world. We are approximately 17 hours ahead of the East Coast of the USA and 12 hours ahead of the UK. Office hours are 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
