Use
Retin-A cream treats a variety of skin conditions ranging acne and skin discoloration to removing fine lines and wrinkles. It works by promoting blood supply closer to the skin surface that increase the turnover of dead skin cells. Newer skin cells are then closer to the surface of the skin making skin appear more youthful. Another application for Retin-A is to improve the recovery rate after plastic surgery. The increased blood supply help to heal surgical wounds faster.
Dosage and Application
Retin-A is applied once daily by placing a small amount to lightly cover the affected area. Gently rub the cream into the skin. Cosmetics can be used alongside Retin-A, however you should thoroughly cleanse the skin before applying Retin-A to the skin. In many cases, it may take weeks before any noticeable results occur. You are encouraged to keep using Retin-A as instructed. Do not increase the amount on Retin-A you use as this may irritate the skin. Do not stop using Retin-A when you notice improvement occurring. You must continue to use the product to maintain long term beneficial results.
