Use
Zovirax is a popular and well used treatment for cold sores. It should be used as soon as you notice the symptoms of cold sores appearing. Early use of Zovirax will result in a more remedy of cold sores.
Dosage
Typically Zovirax is applied to affected area 4 to 6 times a day for a period of 10 days. However is your doctor has prescribed a different application regimen then you should follow the doctor's instructions. After application you should wash your hands to avoid the spread of infection.
